Cooking classes
Our cooking classes run twice a day.
Before lunch, you’ll learn to cook a full carnivore meal and then enjoy what you’ve made together.
In the evening, we meet again to prepare easy carnivore snacks for our daily social nights.
You'll learn to make your favorite comfort foods, such as pizza, burgers, and more, using healthy, animal-based ingredients, so you can enjoy them guilt-free.
These sessions are relaxed and fun, so you can see that eating carnivore can be enjoyable, creative, and completely stress‑free.
After the retreat, you’ll receive a full file with every recipe we cooked together, so you can keep making your favorite meals at home.
