About us
The first photo shows me working at a pizzeria, eating pizza every day, rarely preparing proper meals, and starting most mornings with processed foods. At the time, I was struggling with constant low energy, painful periods, severe joint inflammation, and other health issues that had become a normal part of my life. The second photo was taken a year later, after completely transforming my health through a carnivore diet. My energy returned, the inflammation disappeared, my periods improved, and I felt like a completely different person, both physically and mentally.
Around the same time, my boyfriend was experiencing his own transformation. He healed from autoimmune-related issues, digestive problems, stomach discomfort, mood swings, and many other symptoms that had been affecting his daily life.
The journey, however, was not easy. We spent countless hours learning, listening to podcasts, reading studies, asking questions, and figuring out what worked and what didn’t. Looking back, everything we learned along the way is exactly what inspired us to create these retreats.
We wanted to offer a strong foundation, something we wish everyone had from day one. In just three days, you learn the principles of the carnivore diet, understand how to avoid common mistakes, get answers to your questions, and gain the knowledge and confidence to begin your own journey with clear direction.
We created these retreats from a deep belief in the power of this way of eating.
